Inspection Appointment

Most home appraisals will require an onsite appraisal inspection visit. 

Valuation Methods

The appraiser will determine the applicable valuation methods to utilize in order to derive market value of the property. 

Report delivery

Upon completion, the signed appraisal report will be delivered per terms agreed upon in the engagement letter
