Ashley “Brooke” Spruiell is the President and CEO of Magnolia Appraisal Services. Brooke is a Certified Residential Appraiser with a more than a decade of experience appraising throughout Central Texas. She brings nearly 25 years of sales and management knowledge to the company. Brooke’s career in the Real Estate sector began in the new construction industry in 1999 working as the builder liaison for a home automation and security company. Watching “sticks and bricks” being transformed into someone’s home created in her a love for real estate. When the door opened to enter the appraisal industry, she couldn’t resist.
Brooke’s favorite part of appraising is putting the puzzle together to get to the real market value of a property. Brooke resides in San Marcos, TX with her husband, daughter and two sons. She is actively involved in the community. She has served since 2015 as a board member for the San Marcos Education Foundation, is part of the Leadership San Marcos Class of 2023 and is a Mentor Mom for Young Lives. Brooke is an alumnus of Texas State University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. She’s a member of the Texas State Bobcat club and can often be seen cheering on her beloved Bobcats.
Certified Residential Appraiser
Appraiser Trainee Christine received a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Business from Texas State University. Her career has included sales positions in floor covering, food service, pharmaceuticals and computer software and hardware. She also worked as office manager for a family business (Stone Countertops) for several years before deciding to embark on the world of appraisals. She loves the task orientation of the job and detail involved to complete the task. Christine is a native Texan and loves music, traveling and watching her daughter play softball.
Appraiser Trainee Tristan Spruiell is an Appraiser Trainee for MAS. Tristan grew up in Central Texas and graduated from San Marcos High School. Prior to appraising, he worked in various retail positions and for Amazon Warehouse. He is looking forward to a long career in the real estate industry as an appraiser. He currently resides in New Braunfels.
Administrative Coordinator Sarah received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from Texas State University. She coached for nine years before transitioning to the real estate industry as an Agent. Sarah and her husband Jerad have their hands full with three adopted children. Sarah now homeschools their youngest two, and their oldest attends Texas State. Go Bobcats!!
